Facile Preparation of Carbon Nanopillar Array

Carbon-based nanostructures have attracted extensive interest in obtaining advanced sensing electronic devices environmental and biological monitoring applications as an alternative to conventional materials. Herein, the facile preparation, control of growth, artificial intelligence–based morphological information carbon nanopillar array Anodized Aluminum Oxide (AAO) template were investigated. A approach for controlling growth nanostructure was proposed a two-step anodization technique AAO Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) array. It involved competitive deposition between nanopillars electrodeposited on at bottom pores under vacuum conditions. The morphology structure prepared reported detail. Hexagonally straight nanotubes approximately 65 nm diameter 360 length, with 90 interpore distances. nanotube density is 1.75x1014 cm-2. Carbon width ~60 used create low-dimensional nanostructure. This controllable preparation leads impressive free-standing array, especially various chemical sensor applications.
